Refund:
Here at Hies Ima, we have a no refund/ no return policy. All sales are final, and we cannot grant refunds at this time. Due to our intense quality check, we guarantee full satisfactory for each of our manufactured defective item if one may occur.
Warranty:
Our warranty only include repairs that has damage completed by the manufacture.
Products that are covered under warranty include all clothing garments that are not undergarments and or socks.
How can an item qualify for warranty?
Item has to be approved and pass the following conditions. 1. Hies Ima product of any kind has to concur with the written warranty from Hies Ima's document from Hies Ima. 2. Hies Ima item cannot sold for resale qualification. A resold item does not qualify.
- Any Hies Ima product sold from a third party does not quality for a warranty. It a product has been exposed to any liquid, chemical, heat, extreme exposure, natural disaster, and/or long term environmental damage.
- Hies Ima products from an unauthorized dealer are not accepted under our warranty.
Once a Hies Ima product qualifies for a warranty, here is the next step.
Step 1. Expect item upon arrival.
Step 2. Take clear photos with a solid background of the front, back and the defected area(s).
Step 3. Send photos via email to hiesima.studio.
Step 4. In detail, describe the defect with the garment. Next, ship the garments) back to the sender's address. The shipping will be reimbursed once garment is received for warranty.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can only occur if a manufacture defect have occurred, and the proper protocol has taken place. If an exchange is needed, please follow the warranty guideline.
