Garment Design

HIES IMA will create a garments) for the client using their provided ideas and inspiration. Your garment may not be an exact replica of your inspiration photos.

Terms of Payment/ Fittings/ Changes There are three installment payments scheduled for this agreement:

1. The non-refundable consultation fee

- $80 - goes toward the total cost.

This fee is due prior to the

consultation via electronic. If a client wishes to surpass the given 60 minutes, there will be a $25 fee placed per half hour (minutes :01 through:30 count as a half hour) immediately after the entirety of the consultation.

The consultation will include:

1. Body measurements
2. Two sketches within 24 hours of consultation as well as total cost of the garment(s) for the client.
3. A timeline of fittings will be discussed.

1. The first fitting will be a 50% deposit of the total cost given from the client immediately after fitting. After payment has been received, all materials for garments) will be placed that day. A receipt and notice of payments will be given to the client. A mock up will only be given at this time to assure the client of their inspirations.

1. The second fitting will require the remaining balance (50%) from the client. A receipt will be given to the client after the garment(s) is/are fully paid upon arrival. This second fitting will be the authentic textiles and notions that were ordered during the consultation stage. The client will be able to take the garment(s) out of HIES IMA  possession if fully satisfied, if not the third and final fitting will take place. There will not be a fee for the third and final fitting. 

All evidence of all fittings and receiving of payments will be available to both parties. Each fitting will be 60 minutes.

 Changes 
For the most part, minor changes can be made at no additional cost. Major changes requiring more materials and/or labour, including significant changes in measurements due to weight loss or gain, will need to be agreed upon by both parties and may result in an additional cost, which must be paid before changes are made. Once the fabric and notations has been purchased there will be no fabric nor notation changes.

Refund / Cancellation 
HIES IMA cannot accept any returns or cancellations for ANY reason once the client has signed this agreement. If the client cancels the custom order or process of production for any reason, no refund for any prior deposits given to HIES IMA will be issued. Once the client has cancelled an order, either by verbal or written communication, HIES IMA has the right to stop production of the order and use the garment, fabrics or materials for company use. 

If the client affiliates become difficult to work with, HIES IMA can cancel services and the client’s refund percentage will be at the discretion of HIES IMA . HIES IMA is not responsible for any mishaps, including but not limited to rips, tears, broken seams, or stains to the garment once the client signs the garment release form and the gown is in the client’s care. 

A garment not paid for in full and/or picked up by 60 days after the above listed due date will be forfeited along with any fees already paid.

I acknowledge by my signature below that I have read and agree to HIES IMA’s policies and expectations regarding my custom garment. This agreement is solely between the Company and client(s) who are purchasing and/or therefore wearing the custom-made garment. If your name is not included in this contract, HIES IMA is not obligated to discuss the agreement or its details with anyone other than the parties in this binding agreement.
